Susie Vergers, Principal Consultant and Owner of Change Creators provides practical and interactive coaching and training consulting services to WA enterprises, specialising in leadership, business growth, creativity & workplace transformation. Susie has 25 years experience working with people to help them achieve their goals.

Susie commenced Change Creators in December 2008 to help business owners and their teams grow on their own terms. She is dedicated to keeping purpose, people and integrity at the centre of business in the changing business environment.

Prior to founding Change Creators, Susie managed the Small Business Centre North West Metro in Perth, taught business and marketing studies for TAFE in Victoria, owned her own event management company in Cairns and helped bring coaching to Sydney & Australia in the late 90s with Coach U Australia. Her qualifications include the APEC Certified Business Counsellor Training, Coach U’s Coach Training Program, a Bachelor of Business, the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) and, the DiSC and 363 Leadership Accreditations.

Susie considers herself fortunate to work with great clients who include the Australian Institute of Management WA, Yanchep Beach Joint Venture (Women in Business Workshop Series 2011), Edith Cowan University’s (Let’s Get Online project 2010), the Small Business Centre West Kimberley Women in Business (2010) and many local small businesses.
