Susie Vergers, Principal Consultant and Owner of Change Creators provides practical and interactive coaching and training consulting services to WA enterprises, specialising in leadership, business growth, creativity & workplace transformation. Susie has 25 years experience working with people to help them achieve their goals.

Susie commenced Change Creators in December 2008 to help business owners and their teams grow on their own terms. She is dedicated to keeping purpose, people and integrity at the centre of business in the changing business environment.

Prior to founding Change Creators, Susie managed the Small Business Centre North West Metro in Perth, taught business and marketing studies for TAFE in Victoria, owned her own event management company in Cairns and helped introduce coaching to Australia in the late 90s with Coach U Australia.

Qualifications: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE), the DiSC and 363 Leadership Accreditations, APEC Certified Business Counsellor Training, Coach U’s Coach Training Program and a Bachelor of Business.

Memberships: Australian Institute of Management WA and SME Association of Australia.
