Coaching Programs

Coaching is delivered in person (usually 2 hours session, fortnightly) with support via email, Skype and telephone. Preparation work, diagnostic tools, creative exercises, metaphors, planning templates and fieldwork can all be used to help increase your awareness and skill in transforming your life and business.
