1.       The Audit Phase – we will gather information on individuals and the organisation for use in Phase 2 and to form the basis in which to measure results in Phase 3.

2.       The Development Phase – customised group training and individual coaching will be provided as agreed

3.       The Measurement Phase will commence during Phase Two and continue to a review 3 months after the end of Phase 2 to measure improvement in desired skills and performance.
