DiSC profiling is a tool that Change Creators can use to help leaders, individuals and teams to

  • understand their own needs and those of others,
  • develop communication and relationship building
  • improve leadership skills and outcomes.

Everything DiSC Profiles identify predominant dimensions of behaviour, or behavioural styles, by measuring attributes or qualities of the person and certain specific aspects of his or her personality.

Change Creators’ management and implementation of DiSC makes these tools a must for your leader development or workplace transformation agenda. Susie will work closely with you to ensure you and your people fully understand the personalised Everything DiSC Profiles. They can be used in coaching or training to constructively improve behaviour and create the change need achieve better business outcomes.

DiSC is an acronym for the four primary dimensions of behaviour:

D = Dominance – direct, fast-paced, results-oriented, outspoken
I = Influence – outgoing, enthusiastic, optimistic and lively
S = Steadiness
– accepting, even-tempered, reflective and patient
C = Conscientiousness
– analytical, sceptical, precise and systematic.

The Everything DiSC Profile circular model (pictured above), called a circumplex, replaces traditional graphs to deliver increased accuracy and improved understanding. The key to understanding the DiSC dimensions of behaviour is to understand the two basic needs that influence how we behave in relation to one another: the need for affiliation and the need for control. Furthermore our perceptions of self in relation to our perceptions of environment will determine if we judge the situation we are in as being favourable or unfavourable. It is these combinations that strongly influence our personal effectiveness in communication - and where DiSC can provide real insight.

The Everything DiSC WORK OF LEADERS Profile, is specifically designed for those recognised as leaders, who may or may not be a Manager. It identifies a person’s DiSC leadership style and his/her strengths and effectiveness in Creating a Vision, building Alignment around the vision and Execution of (ie taking action towards) the vision. It offers an opportunity for leaders to reflect on how they approach these key areas. DiSC does not measure:

  • Personality type
  • Surface behaviour
  • Values and beliefs
  • Thinking and feeling

Nor is DiSC intended to label people; with DiSC there are no good or bad profiles. Whatever your DiSC Profile, it is just perfect for you. But we all can find that our communication does not gett the results we want. DiSC provides an effective tool to help us learn to adapt our thinking and behaviour to improve relationships, productivity and teamwork.

Completing a DiSC profile

Change Creators is an accredited DiSC provider of the Everything DiSC confidential EPIC online system. Once we have set up your survey it will only take each participants 10 -15 minutes to complete the 79-item Everything DiSC questionnaire.

Once complete, an interpretive DiSC Profile Report is created with comprehensive information on the person’s predominant DiSC style and how it best relates to each of the other 3 styles. This report uses personalised narrative to give context and meaning to the results. It’s quite detailed and yet easy to understand. Clear visuals tell the story at a glance. Strategies to increase adaptability and relationship effectiveness are provided to assist in the preparation your development action plan moving forward.

You can arrange for to complete Everything DiSC WORKPLACE Profile or Everything DiSC MANAGEMENT Profile for one, a few or for all the people in your organisation.

  • Individuals:

Upon receiving your enquiry Susie will contact you for a no-obligation discussion about your needs. From here we will determine the appropriate Everything DiSC Profile for you and you will be given a weblink to complete your survey.

Once completed, Susie will arrange to meet with you in a one-on-one 2 hour Disc Coaching Session to discuss your personalised Everything DiSC Profile Report and prepare a development action plan moving forward. Ongoing coaching is optional.

Whether you are an emerging leader or an experienced executive or business owner the Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders will give you constructive and useful feedback on your leadership performance. It will identify your key strengths (what you should keep doing) and focus you on 3 strategies for development (what you need to stop doing/start doing).

Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders combines 360-degree feedback with the simplicity and power of DiSC and identifies three strategies (thus the 363) for improving your leadership effectiveness.

The 363 Style Map (below) displays the 8 LeadershipApproaches and their practices which each personalised interpretive report charts to give context and meaning to the results provided by yourself and your raters.

The Profile is completed in 2 parts. Leaders complete respond the 79-item Everything DiSC questionnaire and a 72-item Leadership Behaviour questionnaire.
